Dr. Andersen is a foot and ankle surgeon who is board certified in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. His specialties include diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle surgical reconstruction and trauma as well as primary podiatric medicine. He has been practicing in the East Valley since 2011 and opened Sun Valley Foot and Ankle in 2018.

Dr. Vella is an Arizona native, born and raised in Mesa. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Business/Management from the University of Phoenix, he attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed his surgical training at Genesys Regional Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident his final year.
